1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Teatro dei Sentieri.

2. What data we collect

Browsing data

Like every website, this one automatically records some technical data when you visit it: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. This data is recorded by the service that hosts the site, is used only to run it and protect it from abuse, and is not used to identify you.

Data you send us

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us, we receive the data you choose to share: usually your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message. The site has no contact forms: your message is sent from your own email program or app.

Reserved area

The reserved area is used only by members of the company to update the site. For each member we keep their email address and password (protected, never stored in readable form), together with the content they upload: posters, stage photos, show sheets and videos.

3. Why we process it

• Running the site and keeping it secure (browsing data): our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Replying to your requests about shows, courses and workshops: the legal basis is your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Sharing your data is your choice, but without it we could not reply.
• Managing the reserved area for members of the company: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use the data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies

The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies and contains no advertising or social media content that tracks you: this is why it does not ask for your consent with a banner.

The only cookie is the technical one that keeps members of the company signed in to the reserved area: it is created only when a member signs in and remembers that they have already entered their email and password. The site may also store small technical display preferences in your browser, which are never sent to anyone.

The site's fonts are hosted by the site itself: visiting it sends no data to services such as Google Fonts.

5. Who we share the data with

The data is processed by members of the company and by a few providers we need to run the site, acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc.
• Supabase Inc.
• Anthropic PBC
• Google
• Meta

The data is not published or passed on to anyone else.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. In these cases data is transferred with the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep it

• Browsing data: for the technical period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days or weeks.
• Messages and contacts: for as long as needed to reply and to arrange what you asked for; after that we delete them, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Reserved area accounts: for as long as the person is part of the company; then the account is deleted.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object to its processing or to receive it in a readable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to teatrodeisentieri@gmail.com: we will reply within one month.

If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

9. External sites

The site contains links to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and the Le Iene page. When you open them, the privacy policies of those sites apply, and we have no control over them.

10. Changes

If the site changes the way it processes data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
